Based in North Hertfordshire, Camtronics Letchworth Ltd is one of the premier repair centres for all Digital camera products, video, sound and vision equipment in the Home Counties. Specialising within the extensive range of all photographic products, audio-visual items, including television, audio, DVD, and video. Camtronics is an authorised repairer for most leading manufacturers, including Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, JVC, Hitachi, Sharp and Toshiba. Our customers include a wide range of both private individuals, trade retailers, electronic wholesalers and manufactures.
As Investors in People, Camtronics’ strength lies with our dedicated team of industry-trained engineers, all of whom have up to date product knowledge and full manufacturer accreditation. Our engineering experience in diagnosing and correcting all manner of faults is fully backed by specialist expertise in all manner of technical fault finding to component level.
At Camtronics we promise you excellence in service. This begins with our easy-to-use service. Simply drop off your items at our Letchworth premises or call to request a collection. We offer same day pick-up whenever practical and a quick turnaround on all jobs, plus free delivery of the repaired item within our vehicle collection route. All this is supported by a 12 month warranty which is unmatched within the industry and this is provided on all repairs.
Administration
All repairs are booked into our central database, which provides comprehensive job tracking and management. Progress reporting and all administrative functions are concentrated within our dedicated customer service repair control office, and our repair reception area provided for local customers when calling in person, which is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
Engineering
Camtronics’ engineering staff host a vast wealth of knowledge accumulated with more than 415 years of electronic repair experience. All types of camera equipment, video and brown goods are expertly repaired in our modern workshop. All repairs are undertaken, from minor cosmetic repairs to full fault finding and component replacement utilizing the latest test equipment and software available.
