About Us
Based in Hertfordshire, Camtronics Letchworth Ltd is one of the premier repair centres for all digital photographic and home entertainment products including all brown and grey goods. We provide a nationwide collection and delivery service with full local support offering in-home and B2B installations and repairs. Camtronics is an authorised repairer for most leading manufacturers, including Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, JVC, Hitachi, Sharp and Toshiba. Our customers include a wide range of private individuals, trade retailers, electronic wholesalers, importers and manufactures.
Camtronics' strength lies with our dedicated team of industry-trained and experienced engineers, all of whom have up to date product knowledge and full manufacturer accreditation. Our engineering experience in diagnosing and repairing all manner of faults is fully backed by specialist expertise in all areas of technical fault finding to component level.
At Camtronics we promise you excellence in service. This begins with our easy-to-use, friendly booking-in service. Simply drop off your items at our Letchworth service facility or call to request a national collection. We offer same day pick-up whenever practical and a quick turnaround on all jobs, plus flexible return delivery of the repaired item within our vehicle collection route. All this is supported by a 12 month warranty which is unmatched within the industry and is provided on all repairs.
Administration
All repairs are booked onto our central database, which provides comprehensive job tracking and repair management. Progress reporting and all other administrative functions are concentrated within our dedicated customer service repair control office. Our repair reception area provides support for local customers when calling in person, and is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.Engineering
Camtronics' engineering team has a vast wealth of knowledge accumulated with more than 415 years of electronic repair experience. All types of photographic equipment, home entertainment including brown and grey goods are expertly repaired in our new service centre.
